Thyroid Authority provides health education and wellness coaching. The information presented on our website, in our programs and in communications is not medical advice and does not create a doctor‑patient relationship. You should always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment before starting any program or making any changes to your health regimen.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. Our programs are intended for residents of the United States and may not be appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

Program Requirements

Our programs require a significant personal and financial commitment. By enrolling in a program, you agree to actively participate in scheduled appointments, labs, coaching sessions and required lifestyle changes. You acknowledge that the total cost and payment terms have been explained to you and that you are responsible for paying all fees. Laboratory tests, supplements and prescription medications are billed separately unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

  • Deposits and program fees: You may be required to pay a non‑refundable deposit to secure your discovery call. If you are accepted into the program, the deposit is applied to your program fee.

  • Refunds: If we determine during the discovery process that you are not a good fit, we will refund your deposit. Program fees are non‑refundable once services commence, except where required by law.

  • Payment plans: If you elect to use a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our Services—including text, graphics, logos, videos, podcasts and other materials—is the property of Thyroid Authority or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

User Conduct
